Citibox was established to provide a discreet and secure alternative address for individuals, small businesses and overseas companies needing a 'real' presence, without the overheads associated with running an office.

Citibox is also able to allocate clients their own dedicated central London 0207 telephone number which is answered on their behalf, in their preferred style by their staff. The call or messages are then forwarded to the client's voicemail which can be retrieved by the client 24 hours a day from any touchtone phone.
