The beginners classes comprise four techniques destined to strengthen the biological structure, improve concentration and learn to manage stress levels, these are: ¨ Physical positions to increase articular flexibility, muscular tone & elasticity, and enhance vitality¨ Breathing exercises to maximize lung capacity, energy levels, and focus¨ Relaxation technique to enable management of stress levels, improving emotional balance, concentration and intellectual performance¨ Compression of plexuses and glands to promote stimulation of the internal organs, while also acting upon plexus and glands Practised with discipline, dedication, and the help of a few simple rules, these techniques bring out the confidence in one’s physical and mental abilities, the key to maintaining thelong-term, healthy and sustained development of the body. The result is an overall enhanced body awareness, improved use of capacities and skills, refinement of feelings and thoughts, for a better relationship with oneself and the others.
