Heart and Soul Fitness is a personal training /gym spread out over 3 floors 2,222 sq ft with 2 showers and changing room and off road parking . We offer client membership to the gym at £25 per month, but beware we only have 50 places and then a waiting list...  Personal Training can be taken at a extra cost with one of our highly quailfied personal trainers.
