Mouthwatering dishes from China's gastronomic provinces are traditionally prepared with the freshest ingredients and authentic spices and flavouring. The ducks, cooked in a wood-fired oven, are prepared and presented in various services by a team of specialist chefs. Exquisite Dim Sum features at lunch as well as celebrated classics like hot and sour soup and sautéed king prawns with dried chilli.

The lively bar at Min Jiang is the perfect place for an aperitif, with classic, muted furnishings and the stunning views enjoyed by the whole restaurant.

Unusual and rare Chinese teas, a natural partner to the cuisine, take centre stage at the bar alongside zesty, refreshing cocktails including the Lichitini with vodka, lychee liqueur and fresh lime, Champagnes and a carefully chosen wine list.
